Reserving a Space

Event space at New York University School of Law is available for Law School or University sanctioned events as well as qualified 501-C (3) non-profit organizations.

Room Reservations
New York University School of Law spaces are available for meetings and conferences in Vanderbilt Hall and D'Agostino Hall. You may book a space online for all of these buildings.

Once a space has been reserved, please email Bruce White and let him know whether you will need any of the following:

• Special room set-up
• Catering and menus
• AudioVisual Equipment - microphones, videotaping, data projectors, etc.
• Additional services - coat check, flowers and security

Timeframe for ordering services
Room set-up, catering, and audiovisual requests must be received by the Office of Special Events no later than the Monday of the week before an event is to be held. For audiovisual requests, please contact Audio Visual directly (listed below), as well as contacting the Office of Special Events.
