Organizational Structure

The following is a list of those members of the New York University School of Law community who play a role in creating, updating, and maintaining the Law School Web site.

Project Management Office
Part of the Information & Technology Services Department, the PMO is responsible for maintaining the NYU School of Law's Web site. Its members program the pages and make sure that our site is up and running, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are also enlisted to produce large projects, such as the Course Management System and the Searches and Directories.

Web Representative
Each department/office has a representative who is responsible for keeping their micro-site's content current and most valuable to their users. Specifically, the Web Representative gathers information from its department/office and gives it to the ICM/Web Team for publication on the Web. The representative is a liaison between his/her department/office and the ICM/Web Team. Note, each program, colloquia, institute, center, student organization, and journal, has its own Web representative.

Calendar Manager
A calendar manager is responsible for adding, editing, and deleting events on the Online Calendar. Each department's/office's official Web representative is automatically a calendar manager although he/she may not necessarily be the only one. Members of the Law School community may add events to the calendar through the Submit an Event page.

Members of the Law School Community
Members of our community consist of prospective students, current students, faculty, and alumni. It is our goal to make their use of our Web site as simple and as fruitful as possible. To that end we encourage their feedback. Feedback can be dealt with most easily when channeled through their respective Web representatives.
