White Collar Enforcement Official or Defense Lawyer

If you are interested in working as a federal or state enforcement official (criminal or civil) or as a white collar defense lawyer, take at least three of the following additional Core Courses:

  • Financial Crime: Enforcement and Compliance for Broker-Dealers
  • Securities Regulation Survey
  • Regulation of Financial Institutions
  • Regulation of Foreign Corrupt Practices

Counsel to Corporations or Compliance Officer

If you are interested in working in the General Counsel’s office or in serving as corporate counsel advising boards on compliance matters, investigations, or acquisitions, take at least three of the following additional Core Courses (in addition to those recommended by the Law and Business pathway):
