About the Alumnus/Alumna of the Month Program
The Alumnus/Alumna of the Month (ALMO) feature of the Alumni Relations Website is a program that showcases 12 outstanding alumni each year. The program is designed to recognize exceptional contributions to the legal profession or other chosen field.
Nominate an ALMO
The Office of Alumni Relations welcomes your submissions for ALMO nominees. In order to achieve a diverse representation of our outstanding alumni, we are asking for nominees in the following professional categories:
• Academia
• Alternative career
• Firms
• Government
• Law and business
• Public service
To nominate an ALMO, please e-mail law.almo@nyu.edu with the following information:
• Name and class year of alumnus/a
• The professional category being represented
• A brief paragraph describing the nominee's contribution to the field
Nominees will be submitted to the ALMO Selection Committee, which meets twice a year to select candidates.
