About the Alumnus/Alumna of the Month Program

The "Alumnus/Alumna of the Month" (ALMO) feature of the Alumni Relations Web site is a program that showcases 12 outstanding alumni each year. The program is designed to recognize exceptional contributions to the legal profession or other chosen field. Check back each month to see who's being featured!

To nominate and alumnus/a, please send an email to law.alumni@nyu.edu with the name, class year and a paragraph describing why you believe the person should be an ALMO. All nominees will be submitted to the ALMO Selection Committee, which meets twice a year to vote on candidates.

Nominations may be based on the following:

Alumnus/Alumna doing something particularly interesting or different from the "traditional" law career.

Alumnus/Alumna making stellar achievements in his/her chosen field.

Alumnus/Alumna setting an example, either by philanthropy, balancing work and life, or showing a true commitment to the Law School and the community.
