If you are a full-time international student without a degree from a U.S. law school, you must enroll in Introduction to U.S. Law. Please note that if you have a J.D. degree from a U.S. Law School, you will be automatically waived out of this course.
If you have previously taken a comparable course and feel you have a sufficient background in U.S. legal systems and U.S. legal education, you may request to waive out of Introduction to U.S. Law. You must submit this form with attached transcript and course description to the Office of Graduate Affairs by Monday, July 26, 2010
