Work Requests
Anything affecting the comfortable use of NYU School of Law facilities (academic and residence halls) can be reported via online service/work request systems.
Academic Buildings
Vanderbilt Hall, Furman Hall, Wilf Hall and 22 Washington Square North
All members of the NYU Law community who would like to report a problem in an academic building may submit a Work Request online via the FIX System. Examples of items to be reported:
- Temperature Issues (Too Hot or Too Cold)
- Light Bulb Replacement
- Pest Control
- Broken /Damaged Item in Need of Repair
- Miscellaneous
For urgent requests (i.e. water leak, heat outage, etc.) outside of regular business hours, please contact the Front Desk/Public Safety Officer located in the building lobby or call the Department of Public Safety at (212) 998-2222.
Users must log in with their NetID and NYUHome password and follow the instructions provided for creating a Work Request. Once all of the information on the New Request page is filled in and the "Submit" button is clicked, the Facilities Management Office will receive the request. You may view the status of your request by clicking "My Requests".
Contact the NYU Law Project Management Office if you have any difficulty logging on to the system.
Residence Halls
Mercer Residence, D'Agostino Hall, 130 MacDougal Street and 230 Sullivan Street
Residents of D'Agostino Hall and Mercer Residence, and employees with offices in D'Agostino Hall, should submit Services Requests online via Maximo. In the event of a facilities emergency (i.e. flooding, no heat, etc.) please contact the Front Desk.
