Audio/Visual Services for Special Events

NYU School of Law has an in-house Audio/Visual Production team that can handle all of your special event needs. If you have any questions regarding prices, packages, or a general inquiry, please send an email to brittj@exchange.law.nyu.edu

Typical Setups
Simple Presentation Package
This package indludes: 1 podium microphone, 1 Q&A microphone, 1 audio mixer, 2 Speakers
Panel Package
This package includes: 1 podium microphone, up to 4 table microphones, 2 Q&A microphones,  1 audio mixer, 2 speakers

Typical Extras - Extras are an additional cost

Video Projection
Projection setups are dictated by the room and/or the room's configuration.Widescreen LED TV's or widescreen video projectors are used.

Audio Recording
All audio recordings will be in MP3 format and delivered on a DVD.

Teleconferencing
Polycom phones can be setup in any room upon request

Microphones
Hand held and desk microphones can be added to any setup, but there is a limit of ten microphones per event.

Specialized Event Services
Pre-production, tech services, outsourced rentals for lighting, staging, etc, and other services can all be arranged through our Audio/Visual production team. Please email James Britt at brittj@exchange.law.nyu.edu for a price quote.
