New York University School of Law spaces are available for meetings and conferences in Vanderbilt Hall and D'Agostino Hall.
- Book a space online for any of these buildings
Once a space has been reserved, please email Bruce White and let him know whether you will need any of the following:
- Special room set-up
- Catering and menus
- Audio/Visual Equipment - microphones, videotaping, data projectors, etc.
- Additional services - coat check, flowers and security
Timeframe for ordering services
Room set-up, catering, and audio/visual requests must be received by the Office of Hospitality and Food Services no later than the Monday of the week before an event is to be held. For audio/visual requests, please contact James Britt (listed below), as well as contacting the Office of Hospitality and Food Services.
